Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ATSReady. By using our platform you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using ATSReady (atsready.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
  • These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and token purchasers.

2. Description of Service

  • ATSReady is an AI-powered resume builder that provides ATS scoring, job-targeted resume generation, and PDF export functionality.
  • Some features are gated by a token system. Tokens are consumed when you use paid features such as ATS deep analysis, AI resume generation, and PDF export.
  • New accounts receive 5 complimentary tokens upon registration.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
  • Authentication is handled by Clerk. ATSReady does not store your password.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Tokens and Payments

  • Tokens are purchased as one-time packs (not a subscription) and never expire.
  • All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay.
  • Token purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been consumed. Unused tokens from an order may be refunded within 7 days of purchase — contact support@atsready.in.
  • We reserve the right to change token pricing at any time. Purchased tokens are unaffected by price changes.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You may use ATSReady only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI APIs or any part of the platform.
  • Automated bulk usage or API access beyond the intended product interface is prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Your Content

  • You retain full ownership of the resume content and files you upload or create.
  • By using the service, you grant ATSReady a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the service to you.
  • We do not claim ownership of your resume data and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

  • Content generated by AI (rewritten bullets, tailored summaries, full resumes) is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers.
  • ATSReady makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The ATSReady platform, branding, and all non-user content are owned by ATSReady and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from ATSReady's proprietary content without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • ATSReady does not guarantee that using the service will result in job interviews or employment.
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATSReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
  • Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
