Cancellation Policy

ATSReady operates on a one-time credit pack model — there are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. This page explains how cancellations work in our context.

1. No Subscription — One-Time Purchases Only

  • ATSReady does not offer any subscription plans. All credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring billing.
  • Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to "cancel" in the traditional sense. You will never be automatically charged again after a one-time purchase.
  • Purchased credits (tokens) never expire — they remain in your account until used.

2. Cancelling an Order Before Tokens Are Credited

  • Once a payment is submitted and confirmed by Razorpay, credits are automatically added to your account. This process is near-instant.
  • If you wish to cancel immediately after placing an order and tokens have not yet been credited, contact us at support@atsready.in with your Razorpay order ID. We will attempt to cancel the transaction if technically possible.
  • We cannot guarantee cancellation once payment is confirmed, but we will do our best to assist you.

3. Cancelling After Tokens Are Credited

  • Once credits have been added to your account, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a refund for unused tokens — see our Refund Policy for details.
  • To request a refund for unused tokens, email support@atsready.in within 7 days of purchase.

4. Account Deletion

  • You may delete your ATSReady account at any time by emailing support@atsready.in.
  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your resume data, history, and remaining token balance will be deleted.
  • Remaining unused tokens at the time of account deletion are not eligible for a refund unless requested separately before deletion.
