Refund Policy

This policy describes the conditions under which ATSReady issues refunds for credit pack purchases. Please read it before making a purchase.

1. Overview

  • ATSReady sells digital credit packs ("tokens") that are used to access AI-powered resume features. Because credits are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, our refund policy is as follows.
  • All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Unconsumed tokens: If you have not used any tokens from a purchased pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Partially consumed tokens: If some tokens from a pack have been used, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the unused portion, at our discretion, within 7 days of purchase.
  • Fully consumed tokens: Once all tokens from a pack have been used, the purchase is non-refundable.
  • Complimentary tokens (e.g. signup bonus) are not eligible for any refund as they were not purchased.

3. Failed / Duplicate Payments

  • If your payment fails and your account was charged, Razorpay will automatically initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If you were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment), email us immediately at support@atsready.in with your Razorpay order ID(s). We will investigate and refund the duplicate charge within 3 business days.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@atsready.in with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include your registered email address and the Razorpay order ID (visible in your payment confirmation email).
  • We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Tokens that have been fully or partially consumed.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output quality — we encourage you to contact us so we can improve the product, but this alone does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Changes to This Policy

  • We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Purchases made before any change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
