Next, turn campus work into outcome statements. If you led a club, ran an event, or completed a capstone, show scale, participation, or result. Finally, remove weak filler. Hobbies, soft-skill lists, and irrelevant coursework should not displace high-signal proof. Freshers win ATS shortlists by being clearer and more role-specific, not by trying to look overly polished.
